Nelly is now being criminally investigated for sexual assault in England, TMZ says.
The incident allegedly went down on December 5, after Nelly's performance at Cliffs Pavilion in Essex. The accuser claims that she went to take a picture with Nelly and that he placed his arm tightly behind her and asked if she could stay behind to talk to him.
They went to his dressing room with her friends and she says he then asked her to come to a room next door. She claims, once in the room, he dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of her. She also claims he put his hand on her top before attempting to pull it off. He also allegedly tried kissing her as she did her best to bolt.
The woman says Nelly put his right hand on the back of her head and his left hand on her shoulder, forced her head down, pushing his erect penis into her mouth. She says she ran out of the room as he called her “a [expletive]”.
The woman stated that she didn't go to cops immediately because she didn't think she'd be believed.
Essex police announced they have begun a sexual assault investigation.
Nelly’s attorney has since chimed in, saying, "These allegations arose after Ms. Green amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation. Nelly is confident that once investigated, these claims will be determined to be disingenuous."
"Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout. It is important that police investigate every allegation of this nature."
I can't get enough.......
The alleged incident occurred two months after another woman claimed Nelly raped her on his tour bus.
She claims Nelly sets out to sexually assault "beautiful women of color" and that crooner singer enlists his entourage to select women with "beautiful faces and curvy figures" to come backstage.
Monique added that Nelly is "particularly attracted to women who were resistant."
Scott Rosenblum once declared, "Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed […] However, this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault."
"Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation."
