Serena Williams is debuting her newborn daughter with fiance, Alexis Ohanian, sharing a photo and a video that documented her pregnancy journey.

The 35-year-old tennis star also revealed that they named their baby girl Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr., just like her proud father.

Serena also revealed the birth wasn't all smooth sailing.

She had to spend six days in the hospital after her daughter's arrival due to complications.

Serena revealed that little Alexis weighed in at 6 lbs., 14 ozs.

Williams shared a sweet photo of herself holding her newborn daughter. She wrote in the caption, "Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. You have to check out link in bio for her amazing journey. Also check out my IG stories."

Williams previously guessed she was expecting a girl in her interview with Vogue in September. She said, "Alexis thinks we’re having a boy, but I have a strong suspicion that it’s a girl."

She continued, "Two weeks after we found out, I played the Australian Open. I told Alexis it has to be a girl because there I was playing in 100-degree weather, and that baby never gave me any trouble. Ride or die. Women are tough that way."

Serena also admitted in the Vogue interview that she was a bit nervous about childbirth.

She explained, "I’m not a spring chicken. The one thing I really want is an epidural, which I know a lot of people are against, but I’ve had surgeries galore, and I don’t need to experience any more pain if I can avoid it. But the biggest thing is that I don’t really think I’m a baby person. Not yet. That’s something I have to work on. I’m so used to me-me-me, taking care of my health, my body, my career. I always ask, Am I going to be good enough?"

Williams' pregnancy wasn't easy. She had to inject herself with anti-coagulants daily to avoid blood clots. She was at risk due to a 2011 accident when complications from a foot surgery caused bilateral pulmonary embolisms.

Welcome, Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr., we're so happy to meet you. We made you a video of our adventure together so far (see bio). Our little girl is already mama's perfect sidekick.

The tennis pro confirmed her pregnancy last April after she inadvertently revealed on Snapchat that she was 20 weeks along. Williams and Ohanian, 34, had announced their engagement in December.

Serena is planning to return to the tennis court in just a few months. She previously revealed, "It’s the most outrageous plan. I just want to put that out there. That’s, like, three months after I give birth. I’m not walking anything back, but I’m just saying it’s pretty intense."

She adds, "In this game you can go dark fast. If I lose, and I lose again, it’s like, she’s done. Especially since I’m not 20 years old. I’ll tell you this much: I won’t win less. Either I win, or I don’t play."
