The most BONE-CHILLING story we've read all day. What a tragedy for Jennifer Hudson and her Family

Back in 2008, Jennifer Hudson experienced unspeakable tragedy when her mother, brother, and 7-year-old nephew were killed at the hands of her sister's estranged husband, William Balfour.

Hudson's brother-in-law was convicted on three counts of first-degree murder in 2012 and sentenced to life in prison. Now, however, Balfour claims he's completely innocent of the murders and has no idea who killed his family.

And either he’s been huffing paint in prison or someone punched him in the head one to many times and his memory has been permanently damaged.

“I didn't have nothing to do with her family being killed. Period,” he told ABC 7 in his first interview since the 2008 murders. “I didn't have nothing to do with the case and don't know who had anything to do with the case.”

Balfour goes on to claim that his arrest and conviction is part of one big set-up by Chicago police. For what POSSIBLE reason the Chicago police would be after him… he cannot say.

Uh, because there is no reason.

Oh, except the one where he shot a 7-year-old kid to death. He’s just lucky they have not given him the needle.

And THEN really go to work on him.

In the interview, Balfour goes on to claim he was set up and that all the evidence against him — from the gun residue found on his clothing to the witnesses who saw him near the crime scene to all the people hearing him talk about killing the family — was concocted by police.
To him it’s all one big conspiracy. And regarding prosecutor’s claims that Balfour had threatened to kill his wife Julia Hudson, (Jennifer's sister), he dismissively added, “We wasn't even in a relationship anymore.”

Prosecutors said Balfour was a jealous man who stalked his wife’s family after she moved out in early 2008. Oh yeah, and he was on parole for an attempted 1992 murder when he was arrested.

In the interview, Balfour also seems to think that just because he states he is innocent, this now equates to a “reasonable doubt” and the case should be reopened and he should get another trial.

Hm. I sincerely wonder how many beat downs in jail he has had to make him think THIS was his best possible strategy.

I’m afraid there is only one trial left for Balfour. And if I had any words of advice it would be this: “Pack your swim trunks Willy, because where you’re going it is very, VERY hot.”

It's incredibly sad the Hudson family has to relive the horror of these murders again now with this idiot’s interview.

Watch below to see if you believe Balfour's claims:
