If you want to talk about extravagant weddings this one really tops the list because Michael and Yvette reportedly spent 30 million dollars on this shindig. The couple made every effort to impress their 300 guests at the opulent event held in Palm Beach, Florida. They had a seven-layer, crystal encrusted wedding cake; Usher and Robin Thicke also performed at the ceremony. There was a star-studded line-up of guests in attendance including Tiger Woods, Spike Lee, Scottie and Larsa Pippen, among others.
Beyoncé and Jay Z
These two are quite private and they tried to keep their wedding ‘under the radar’ however that does not mean they spared any expense on their special day. The couples’ celebrity guests —, which included P Diddy, Kelly Rowland, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kanye West — feasted on a seven course meal with caviar and shrimp cocktail in the mix. The event was help in a 13,500 square-feet penthouse and decorated with 70,000 white dendrobium orchids worth 100,000 dollars, which were imported from Thailand.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian
These two are known for their over-the- top antics so hearing that they spent 30 million dollars on their wedding is not the least bit shocking. Nevertheless, the lavish wedding between Kim and Kanye took place in Florence, but the pre wedding activities occurred in Paris. The couple’s wedding rehearsal dinner, took place at the Palace of Versailles. On the day of the actual ceremony, guests feasted on lavish foods while sitting at a 70-feet long marble table with each of their names engraved on it. There was also a huge wall of roses acting as a backdrop, and Andrea Bocelli later serenaded all in attendance.
Kevin Hart and Eniko Parissh
It was a lavish ceremony in Santa Monica for comedian Kevin Hart and Eniko Parrish. The bride stole the spotlight in two Vera Wang dresses, both made with French Chantilly lace. There were 200 guests at the ceremony including celebrities such as Gabrielle Union, Dwayne Wade, Ludacris and Trey Songz. Before the big day, Eniko and her bridesmaids jetted off to the Dominican Republic for an epic bachelorette party weekend.

Solange’s style is very ‘flower child’ mixed with ‘hipster’ however; she still had a spectacular affair in New Orleans. The fashionable bride had several wardrobe changes with two memorable options being a Huberto Leon caped dress, and a Stephane Rolland jumpsuit. All 100 wedding guests wore white, including her mom Tina Knowles and sister, Beyoncé. The quirky couple rode through the city on white bikes, danced in the streets of New Orleans with sparklers, and Solange performed an epic mother-son routine on the dancefloor.
Ciara and Russel
These newlyweds had their fairytale wedding at a centuries old British castle in the United Kingdom. There were eight bridesmaid including Kelly Rowland and Lala Anthony, and they all wore black, custom dresses designed by Michael Costello. Ciara wore a custom Roberto Cavalli wedding gown and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes; at the reception Earth, Wind and Fire treated the guests to an amazing performance.
