Remember, the internet is undefeated and always will be…
Growing Up Hip Hop star Angela Simmons, have joined other celebrities in promoting the Flat Tummy Company as the reason she’s able to stay fit.
However, the Internet isn't buying it!
If you’re not familiar with it, the Flat Tummy Company sells teas, shakes and candy that are designed to promote weight loss. The company has received criticism from people for not actually helping with living a healthier lifestyle.
Recently, Angela Simmons shared a photo of herself in a workout outfit with her Flat Tummy shake.
In Simmons caption, she wrote, “Few days down on this round of @flattummyco shakes and I’m definitely seeing the progress. They taste good, super quick to make, and get me the results I’m looking for.” She continued and was sure to add that this post was simply an advertisement, “Definitely happy with my post-summer tummy redemption 😂 Check them out while this sale’s still on! #ad”

Although the WEtv star stated the post was an paid advertisement, the Internet still let her know they disapprove of the post in the comment section.
One fan wrote: “BS You are fit because you work out like a professional athlete, not because of some tea. Please stop spreading BS products.”
A second follower wrote: “I thought you were built not bought sis lol you just as bad as the others.”
Another commenter added: “She needs to stop lying bout this tea cuz she don’t even drink it. All the celebs are lying when they promote this bs”
This fourth person called her out on her workout hypocrisy: “How can you post built not bought then advertise stuff like this you don’t see how that’s not contradicting?”
Update on my newest round of @flattummyco shakes !! A few days in and I’m already seeing my tummy look flatter and closer to where I want to be . You guys have to check them out while their sale is still going on! #ad
Fans are referring to a recent video Simmons shared of her and her trainer. In her caption then she said, “Thank you @itscoachnelson @supremeteamboxing for today! So refreshing 💪🏽👊🏾 #BNB #builtnotbought link in bio ‼️💕.”
Angela Simmons isn’t the only celebrity being blasted for touting the weight loss products from the Flat Tummy Company. Amber Rose, former "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham, Kim Kardashian Toya Wright & her Daughter Reginae have promoted for them too.
Fans went after Toya Wright after too after she shared a photo of herself enjoying the controversial flat tummy lollipops, writing in the caption, "#ad No bloat to worry about here. @flattummyco’s lollipops keeps my eating on track (obvs, I have a few treats here and there), but for the most part Im pretty good! You should try them for yourself since they’re 20% off.”

One fan clapped back at Toya in the comments section of her post writing: "Toya why you playing? Coins talk though."
A second follower wrote: "So doing my own research these lollipops is made with sugar.. no good for you .. so people don’t let these fake celebs fool you into buying this crap. All promotion for them and the company.. keep suckin on that sugar that’s why she so big and not losing weight..."
